Tofu tummy, canker sores, indigestion, bloating, lack of weight loss, acid stomach, etc. The list can go on if you are consuming the wrong foods. I will try to post only recipes that meet the requirements for JJ Virgin's 'Virgin Diet'. No soy, gluten, peanuts, sugar & artificial sweeteners, dairy, corn, or eggs. We started this lifestyle on December 26th and we're doing great! I am learning new recipes and posting as I go.
Breakfast this morning was Brown Rice Hot Farina with about a 1/2 cup of Mixed Berries, Flax Meal, Unsweetened Coconut and Chopped Almonds. Yummy! My weight was down another 1/2 pound!
