Tofu tummy, canker sores, indigestion, bloating, lack of weight loss, acid stomach, etc. The list can go on if you are consuming the wrong foods. I will try to post only recipes that meet the requirements for JJ Virgin's 'Virgin Diet'. No soy, gluten, peanuts, sugar & artificial sweeteners, dairy, corn, or eggs. We started this lifestyle on December 26th and we're doing great! I am learning new recipes and posting as I go.

Nut Butters and Almond Flour
I made Cashew Butter and Hazelnut Butter the other day. It's so easy and it only takes about 5 minutes in the food processor. I also made almond flour. That only takes about 30 seconds in the food processor. Price cashew butter at the health food store and you will discover how much money you can save!
